• Schedule send - Queue messages to go out at the optimal time, great for if you're reviewing your opportunities at the end of your shift
• Message preview - Review exactly how each message will look before it sends, especially useful when attaching products or Stories

We're excited to announce PIN-enabled devices, now available for brands on the Enterprise Security add-on! Register shared store devices so your team can sign in with just a six-digit PIN — no manager session required.

• Register devices on-site or remotely via activation codes
• Users can login using their PIN on a registered device, no password or email needed.
• Admin & manager dashboard with a view of all devices
• Revoke lost or retired devices
• Auto-logout after inactivity (optional)

New sidebar

Endear's navigation got a refresh. It's organizationally identical, but now with the option to collapse it for more room to work. Don't love it? Head over to Settings for a one-click toggle to switch back.

Customize Your Appointment Forms

• Drag-and-drop custom forms. Editing the fields on your appointment forms is now easy easier with our new drag-and-drop to reorder.
• Additional field types: We also added new field types including dates, URLs, address, and marketing consent. All this data then flows straight into their contact profile.
• Embed the scheduler on your site. Drop the Endear appointment scheduler directly into your website with an iframe — works on Shopify and non-Shopify stores alike, and auto-sizes to its container.
• Easier Rescheduling: Customers can now reschedule their own appointments, less back-and-forth, fewer no-shows.

Message preview now supported for all users

Preview all messages before sending with message preview — now supported in all inboxes & message composers.

Rich Text Support in Notes

Notes now support rich text and HTML content, including bold, italics, and links - making your notes more readable, especially for detailed customer interactions.
