Know how every appointment turns out with statuses

Hello there,

Every appointment in Endear now has a status to give you a clearer picture of every customer visit. Here is what's new with appointment statuses:

• Set a status: Mark appointments as scheduled, completed, no-show, or cancelled
• Auto-complete: Appointments move to Completed at their end time
• Archive: Replaces delete and supports accurate reporting
• Past appointments: Log visits that already happened with their outcome
• Status reporting: Filter charts by status and track cancellation rate
