Appointments Improvements

• Flexible Appointment Booking Modes: Choose which calendars customers can book and set custom appointment intervals — giving you more control and flexibility.
• Custom Confirmation & Cancellation Redirects: After a customer books or cancels an appointment, redirect them to a custom page of your choosing (e.g., payment page or survey).
• Clearer Time Zones on Appointments: Appointment times now clearly display the relevant time zone, removing any ambiguity for both your team and your customers.
• Book Appointments via the Admin API: Create appointment bookings through the new Endear Admin API, opening up integration possibilities with existing workflows & third-party tools.

Supercharge your WhatsApp outreach now with WhatsApp campaigns. Use your existing, approved message prompts to setup large-scale campaigns, that seamlessly transitions to 1-to-1 messaging once the consent window is active.

Performance Metrics for Campaign Variations

You can now track performance metrics for each campaign variation to see which version of your message is resonating best and make data-driven decisions about your outreach.

Rich Text Support in Notes

Notes now support rich text and HTML content, including bold, italics, and links - making your notes more readable, especially for detailed customer interactions.
